MDC’s "TRC" Pump Connectors are the preferred solution to protect pumps and compressors in piping systems from stress, strain, vibration and thermal growth or permit motion of other piping elements.
"TRC" Pump Connectors utilize multi-ply bellows design for superior vibration control and maximum reduction in noise.
The design allows for the compensation of misalignment and supports easy and quick installation.


Depending on the media, pressure and temperature, three styles of pump connectors are offered.

Model “TRC-STD” Standard connectors ensure minimum loads on suction and discharge flanges and enhance the life expectancy of mechanical equipment and reduce maintenance. The ability to dampen the noise level throughout the piping system and the entire structure makes the “TRC” Pump Connectors preferred choice for pump installations in residential, office and public buildings.

Model “TRC-SAN” Sanitary Metal Bellows connectors utilizes an integral silicone liner for food service. This "Clean in Place"(CIP) smooth bore design greatly helps to simplify piping system design in food service. This Tie Rod Connector can be used in any other application where media build-up within corrugations is not desired or permitted.

Model "TRC-TFE" is designed to protect pumps in corrosive media applications. Corrugations are lined with Teflon® which extends all the way to the sealing face, making this connector "all wetted surfaces - Teflon®" flexible. Ideal for Pulp and Paper and Chemical industries applications this connector is used primarily when pressure demands exceed the capacity of MDC’s standard Teflon Expansion Joints, Models: JT2, JT3, JT4 and JT5.
